Terrible experience with this Doctors Office. I had been a patient here several years ago but my insurance changed, when it changed back I scheduled the appointment over a month in advance and they contacted me for my new insurance info but said nothing about not being able to see me, until the DAY BEFORE my appointment when I was called and rudely informed that I had previously had to many no call, no shows and they would not honor my appointment and not take me as a patient. No discussion about when these supposed no call no shows happened. No apology for letting me know so late so now I would have to wait another month for an appointment with a new doctor. I am not a no call, no show kind of person and I definitely do not remember doing that occurring at all. The last time I was a patient my mother was diagnosed with cancer so perhaps something happened within my dealing with that shock that to cause a missed appointment, that time as you can imagine is a blur. Or perhaps it had… something to do with the insurance changing so I could not see Imtiaz anymore and had to cancel but I communicated that. Whatever the case, whether I actually missed these supposed appointments or it was marked on my record by mistake, the way this office treated me was very rude and eliitist, uncaring and unforgiving. I am glad I found out who this doctor is and how they operate before allowing them to treat me. No excuse for assuming the worst about your patients.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH DR. IMTIAZ HAVE BEEN PLEASANT. SHE ANSWERS MY QUESTIONS COMPLETELY AND HELPS ME TO UNDERSTAND OPTIONS. SHE IS VERY CONFIDENT IN WHAT SHE DOES. HER STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE EVERY VISIT.

I went to Dr Imtiaz this year for the first time to have my annual exam. She and her staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in the door. That does not come automatic with such a personal exam, but everyone in this office was welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the very start.

This office is all about the money. They keep asking you to come back so you'll pay another office visit fee. She said she would write me a prescription on my first visit. Then said she forgot. Then said I would need to come back to pay more. Then she was too busy so I would need to come back again. After paying $600 and 3 visits I never did get me prescription. Shame on this greedy doctor.

She does not deserve to be a Dr. Her patients are decreasing. She is a bad Dr. Please do not go to her.

Dr. Imtiaz performed hysterectomy for me. When I met her, recommended as "Best in Houston", she seemed nice. However, after my surgery, when my surgical wound broke open, she was unavailable to me (and no one was on call for her) and I had to suffer until the Tuesday after a holiday till I could see her. When I finally saw her I was crying (just tears, no loud crying) because of the stress of infection, pus and a gaping wound in my abdomen. She scolded me for crying and told me that she couldn't trust me and wouldn't be able to take care of me if I couldn't control it. At a follow-up visit, she nicked my vagina with an instrument, causing me to bleed. I asked her if she had cut me, and she said "I might have". She didn't apologize. Basically, she is POS person, and anyone should be very wary of letter her near them with anything sharp.

She is a rude doctor. Needs to learn how to talk to patients first. Only wants to make money. Worst doctor I have ever met in my life. Please do not go to her otherwise you will regret. I cannot rate her 0 also, because she does not deserve 0 stars too. I only gave her one star because the system does not allow me to submit my review with 0 stars.

Dr. Imtiaz and her staff are warm and welcoming! They are truly concerned and take an interest in their patients. Exams can sometimes be unpleasant, however they have the ability to make you feel comfortable and put you at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Imtiaz.

Appreciate Dr. Imtiaz's attention to my health. Wonderful bedside manner! She has personable staff that's always available to answer questions. Been with her nearly 5 years and I've recommended her to family and friends! Best choice for your gynecological health!
