Poor excuse for a Dr, I would not recommend!

She seemed contemptuous of me, and when I tried to explain why I was there, she seemed not to understand or listen. She pushed some new medicine rather than address my questions on my current treatment which I was given by another rheumatologist (left the area forcing me to find a new one), a new medicine was recommended , she just pushed a pamphlet at me and said check with my insurance. When I read her notes on mychart, it said I found my current treatment ineffective. I came with neck pain, did not see her for that I have an ortho doc. I've messaged her and called twice, no response yet. I cannot recommend this doctor and do not feel confident in her abilities or care.

Incompetent. Ignores calls, misses appointments. Refuses to refill her own rx's. I've tried for a solid two weeks to get her to fill my urgent rx. After another doctor missed Virtual call today for a copay and my rx, and 37 minutes on hold, Lisa hung up on me when I voiced my frustrations. The front office girl hung up on a patient. My PCP had to fill HER rx this morning and I have now been 7 days without my meds. I reported this practice to the state board, my insurance company and the insurance Commissioner. My insurance company informed me they have officially terminated their contract with them. I urge you to please take 15 minutes to read the Google reviews on this "practice" before using them as a rheumatologist. They are quick to peddle skin rejuvenation products, weight loss suppliments and snake oil remedies for God knows what but as far a a legit medical practice- NOT the place to go! Run, don't walk!

As a new patient, like most, I was nervous to see a new doctor. However, Dr. Baloch is very professional and took the time to understand my concerns. She and her team are very welcoming and are doing a great job to protect their patients especially during this time of a pandemic. Since my appointment, I do trust in her and her team to look after my future health care needs.

I too, had a horrible experience with this doctor. After visiting for sometime I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis and given a number of prescriptions that never helped. After about a year I had another test run that confirmed I did not have AS. I often felt that I was being rushed out of the office or given platitudes for answers. She then later told me I had osteoarthritis, which doesn't account for the type of symptoms I have at all. She seemed like she didn't remember me at all or even read the notes to remember what she was walking into each time. Huge waste of time, money and healing attempts.

My experience with this doctor was awful... two weeks ago at my first appointment and today at my second. I came from 2.5 hours away to see this woman just to have her be rude and have an attitude with me on my first appointment. Terrible bedside manner but I thought maybe I just caught her on a bad day and decided to try again today at my follow up appointment. Months ago, I was diagnosed with Lupus by my Primary Care Doctor. The ANA was positive, the pattern was specific to Lupus and I have all the criteria and symptoms. He wanted a second opinion before starting me on a strong drug that could cause more issues so he referred me to Dr> Baloch. Today, when Dr. Baloch walked in, she spoke to me and then got straight to the point saying I had Psoriatic Arthritis and she was starting me on Methotrexate. Then she began to gather her things and end the appointment. I did not feel like this was adequate considering I came all that way and have been battling illness and trying to get… help for years. She did not go over my x-rays or labs just slapped a diagnosis on it and called it a day. I asked her to please explain her diagnosis and how it was not what my Dr. said it was when my blood work confirmed it was; she said because I have psoriasis and joint pain then that is why and she became frustrated with me asking questions, although she had only been in with me for about 5 minutes at that time. She literally told me "I have other patients to see and do not have time for this" so I became frustrated at that point and did become impatient as well as defensive. Dr. Baloch told me if my doctor already diagnosed me then I was wasting her time and she was done with me... told me not to come back. She got up, walked out of the room and that was that. I cried a little because I was so irritated and a nurse came back in (amazing staff, besides the doctor). The nurse apologized and gave me my records. My mother-in-law was with me and checked out my records first... she was appalled at the lack of information. It was basically like it was someone else's records, not my own, because NONE of my symptoms were listed, they were all marked as "patient denied" on every single symptom that I addressed at my first appointment. Lab work showed results significant to Lupus even though she said they did not. Xrays did not show any deterioration or any significant bone changes in my joints... in Psoriatic Arthritis, it would show changes/damages. I would also have changes in my nails and swelling in my fingers/toes. I do not have any of that. It was very clear that this doctor did not want to be asked questions or have anyone act like they were knowledgeable about her field of medicine. I do not claim to know more than my doctors and would never, ever take their years of educating for granted but it does not give them the right to shut out patients concerns and act like they know everything either. All-in-all, I would never recommend this woman to anyone and I think she is an awful doctor. If you are going to work with the public, you should have a better attitude and decent bedside manner.

Stay clear of this doctor. She is the worst of the worst. After my wife was a patient for over a year with an Autoimune issue and Dr. Baloch did nothing. We found another doctor that immediately started addressing her issues and this new doctor was amazed at what Dr. Baloch had not done and questioned heavily the meds she had prescribed. Dr. Balock only works parttime and is always in a hurry to get you out of the office. I think she is only interested in the insurance money and not your health. My wife's new doctor is amazing and head of Rheumatology at Premont. Has already made a huge difference in my wife's health and continues to move forward. You have been warned about Dr. Baloch

My first visit was a few months ago and meeting Dr.Baloch and her staff for the first time was very pleasurable. The office is clean and well kept. The power was out in the back office which did not stop them from seeing me. The doctor was very helpful with diagnosing my condition and getting me on the right path for a treatment plan. The front office was very helpful with giving me all the information I needed to become a new patient and was even able to get me in a little sooner than expected. Above all it was a good experience.

She comes in never exams me and types into the computer everything that I'm telling her is hurting me, asks if I need any refills on meds then she says to me I'll see you back in 3 months. I'm thinking to myself you'll see me back for what??

I brought my 17 years old daughter to the this unprofessional and she had IBS with her stomach then we would spent many visit in the ER so we were recommended to find a Rheumatology my daughter would complain of just aching joints backaches headaches tired all the time couldn't sleep at night this doctor ran some testes told us she were boardline arthritis nothing serious that I her mom were just need to let her grow up!!... it stress and this just all in her HEAD!!!!!!!!! MY DAUGHTER WERE A SENIOR A CHEERLEADER BRIGHT STUDENT THAT WER IN SO MUCH PAIN AND SHE SAID WE DIDNT NEED TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT I WOULD NEVER RECOMMANDED THIS DOCTOR TO NOONE AND THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK !!!!!! my daughter has FM her daughter primary doctor cross out all the i's and cross the t's and yes something is wrong she has chronic nerves disease and we finally got the help no thanks to this practice.
