Dr. Fawad Khaliq, MEDICAL, DOCTOR, MD

We are often encouraged to advocate for our own health, but Dr. Khaliq clearly does not support this approach. I accompanied my husband to his appointment, and from the moment we entered the room, it was clear that Dr. Khaliq did not welcome my presence. Despite wearing a mask, his displeasure was evident. He did not examine my husband, inquire about his well-being, or discuss any of his ongoing health issues. Instead, he immediately stated, "Everything looks good; we'll just test your thyroid levels," without performing any physical examination. When I politely asked a question regarding the bloodwork orders and requested an additional test, Dr. Khaliq responded harshly. Most concerning was his comment: "I don't allow my patients or their family members to dictate my care." Following this, he told us that I seemed dissatisfied with their standard of care and suggested we find another doctor — then he abruptly left the room. In the end, the bloodwork orders were submitted and did… include the standard tests as well as the one we had requested. Nonetheless, the overall experience was deeply unprofessional and dismissive.

Dr. Khaliq has been treating me since Dr. Cushman retired. Dr. Cushman himself told me that Dr. Khaliq would be a good doctor for me. Dr. Khaliq is a good doctor and I am confident in his care. He thoroughly reviews the records, listens to my concerns and takes all the time needed - no rushing.

Doc. has been a GREAT help to me. I have been seeing him for about 6 months and have not had a problem. As most individuals are skeptical of doctors, I truly found a doctor who listens to my concerns. Sharon (nurse) is awesome and is truly a hero for us all.. Thanks

He's a horrible doctor, he doesn't listen He's arrogant and has poor bedside manners. When I gave him a bad review on the patient survey he retaliated and dismissed me as a patient and Christus allowed this to happen.
