Dr. Fawzia A Ashfaq Toor, MD

She is never on time for appointments. We have waited over an hour and a half to meet with her. She has not reviewed the child’s chart and knows nothing about the patient. She’s all about just giving new meds. She does not listen to feedback and minimizes Parental concerns.

Family members have been seeing Toor for many years. She is never in the office. Staff is rude. Never can get prescription refills, does not call back. Have to ask repeatedly for refills, etc. Cancels appointments the day of appointment or you show up and she is not there. My child has gone weeks without critical medication due the lack of caring and no response to calls, or no answer at all. Moving on to find a better doctor and office.

Horrible experiences with Dr Toor. She was a no-show for one appointment so they had us see an associate who it turns out was not covered by my insurance. Double booked today's appt (on a Saturday ) and the rude, incompetent receptionist keeps telling me she's busy and it's not her fault. Absolutely ridiculous, sitting in this office for hours cancelling plans last minute is unacceptable.

Dr. Toor was very attentive and compassionate.
