No doctor had ever hurt me to take the papanicolao test as this doctor hurt me. This doctor makes judgments about the patient's medical condition without sending any previous tests. He did not answer my questions, doubts and concerns. He also sent me multiple exams and I did not explain what they were for. This doctor does not take the time with the patient to run and take another patient. He was arrogant in the way he responded by creating concern in me. The medical staff especially his assistant is very arrogant. Why so multiples procedure and multiples tests each visit? The answer is clear: to concentrate on profits and to ignore patients completely. No love to profession

Making appt is the hardest thing in The world.. He takes days to call back if he calls back at all.. Horrible system... He delivered my 27year old brother and was a great doctor doesnt seem to care anymore

MY MOMS FRIEND WENT TO SEE DR. FELICIANO EARLIER THIS YEAR AS A NEW PATIENT. SHE HAD BEEN COMPLAINING OF PELVIC PAIN AND HEAVY PERIODS. LONG STORY SHORT HE "FOUND" A FIBROID IN HER UTERUS; HE SUGGESTED THAT THEY WILL BE REMOVING IT AND SHE WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL IN A FEW WEEKS. AFTER THE PROCEDURE HE INFORMS HER THAT HE HAD TO REMOVE THE WHOLE UTERUS!!! WITH NO CONSENT FROM HER HUSBAND WHO HAD ESCORTED HER. KEEP IN MIND THE SONOGRAMS ONLY SHOWED THAT SHE HAD A SMALL FIBROID. THEY HAD NEVER EVEN DISCUSSED THE POSSIBILITY OF A COMPLETE HYSTEROSCOPY. SHE NOW HAD AN EMERGENCY VISIT WITH A DIFFERENT DOCTOR AND HE TELLS HER THAT HE LEFT PART OF HER UTERUS INSIDE AND THAT IS GROWING A CYST. HE SHOULD LOOSE HIS LICENSE FOR MALPRACTICE. NOW THIS POOR LADY CANT EVEN CONCEIVE. I PUT ONE STAR B.C I HAD NO CHOICE.

The wait for dr chuy was ridiculously long 2 1/2 hours to b seen by him for only 10 minutes. It's really annoying they have you wait for so long with no explanation. They are continuing to make appt that they can't keep. They should be more courteous to the patients. Finally once you get into the dr he says about 3 words and that's all .. He not very informative he's not involved with the pregnancy and questions you may have just go unanswered. He constantly gives only estimates and never direct answers

I've known Dr. Chuy for about 3 years, I have a yearly appointment for a check-up and pap smear. My appointment was for 8 am and there was a lady in front of me, the nurse bring me in at 8:45 and takes my blood pressure and asked me to undress, the doctor will be with you in a couple of minutes. On my way in I had seen the previous patient sitting in his office. So they have me sitting there for 40 minutes, I kept sticking my head out the door and finally 2 other nurses told me that he is with a patient, that couldn't have been the same patient before me!! So I got dress and left the office, on my way out I didn't see the nurse or the reception people, so I told no one I could not wait any longer...I'm not going back.

Doctor has a terrible reputation, doesn't explain himself fully, and isn't to clean! Please be alert with this physician!

long long waiting. Dr, speak few words and never explained a thing about pregnancy. After 4 months of bleeding with no explanation at all i change dr.

first off there is no option for wait time that gives you a choice of 2+ hrs because literally thats how long i wait plus another half hr depending once ive been called into a room. Its my first pregnancy and hes very UNinformative when i ask questions his answers are very vague, doesnt give me enough details into options or possibilites. when i do ask a question i have to repeat it more than 4 times he seems distracted. i wait hrs just to see him for 10 mins. i had an infection that i found out about late into my pregnancy due to the lack of him doing his job, hes not attentive or aware what so ever. he told me very last min about the infectiong literally called me an hr before his facility closes and said he was putting my antibiotics through and never did NOW because of him not doing his job i will be having complications come my due date this week. tried to contact him at his other locations and its been impossible, i wish i wouldve switched him a long time ago cause ive heard of… his bad rep from other former patients at the center whom have switched over.
