Dr. Feng Bai, MD

My appointment was at 9am. I arrived at 9:05 and completed the paperwork. The person at the front asked if I had my ID, I said no but I do have a copy (which is normally ok with medical facilities at least my previous workers comp doc) the girl at the front desk said they needed the actual card just to then say a copy would be ok for today but needed next time ok fine. We had words because she wanted to revisit the card issue after saying the copy would be ok and decided to say it was "common sense to bring my card" and I said well you should state that when making the appointment not in person(no i do not carry my card in case i misplace it they cost way to much), I said "well I don't it" then the doctor came out to calm the situation. Then another patient that had an appointment at 9:45(he stated that time out loud to the doctor) with the same physician he was called before me. The doctor came out looked at the patient and called the wrong name then the doctor went back to get the… patient chart to call him to the back, I was thinking well my appointment was clearly before his appointment time at this time it is 9:30am so I left, but went back to get my paperwork since it had my ssn on it the young lady at the front desk was like we do not ask for your social security number. My response "it is asked for on the paperwork." imagine a staff member that doesn't know what is on the paperwork that she hands out but want to talk about common sense, she went to let the doctor know I was leaving he steps out to tell me he was getting a room for me next, no I was before the patient you just called. Anyway, she was rude and not in what she said but it was unnecessary since a solution was already had. So, both the FD and doctor get rating of 1 and that is combined.

Do NOT even bother seeing this "quack" . He does not diagnose problems correctly at all. My neurosurgeon told me to stay away from him, and I switched,m thank god !

the worst pain dr. have ever been too...stay away...he in inconsiderate, yells,, tells you if you don't like it go somewhere else...speaks little English..

Horrible!! Asks why I'm here, I tell him I fell off a roof and already had shoulder surgery 5 months ago. Tingling and numbness in arm and hand and my thumb no longer works. Plus back has hurt for months and ibuprofen not cutting it. Never looks at my spine and writes a script for ibuprofen and says I'll see you in 4 weeks. Unfortunately for me he's a workers comp doc but if anyone has the choice choose someone else.

Dr. Bai does not care about your condition. He herds you like cattle, with usually an hour wait. He doesn't listen to what you say, and just wants to get you out of his office, after he bills your insurance. NO follow up, no return calls, I could go on and on. I have been a patient there for over 5 years and finally found a replacement. In my opinion, all should do the same.
