He needs negative stars! He is incompetent and needs a class action lawsuit against him

My experience with Dr. Pylman has been nothing short of horrendous. As a patient who has suffered from chronic pain for many years I expected a pain specialist to be compassionate, empathetic and sincerely interested in helping their patients. What I experienced was just the opposite. I was made to feel like little more than a common drug addict who was interested only in finding someone to give me pills. I was told that my medication was in reality doing me little if any good, and was being prescribed reluctantly......even though it has been a blessing to help me lead a normal happy life. I was made to feel "lucky" to have the medication at all. Dr. Pylman seemed put out at having to waste his time with me. Pain doctors are hard to find here in New Mexico, but it's worth the effort to try and find a caring and compassionate one. While having to use a pain doctor is a necessity for many chronic sufferers, it shouldn't be the cause of added stress and anxiety.

I received 2 back injections from Dr Plyman. The first worked. The second went wrong when I knew immediately that he hit the wrong spot but when I said so the procedure continued. I have had nerve damage & tremors on my left side ever since, but I can't prove a thing. He never was friendly,but I remember him watching me struggle in my recovery area to lift my foot and try to put my shoe on that day. My leg was numb for 4 hours after and I was in shock over what had happened. I eventually let another Dr. do an injection, he hit the right spot but because of the nerve damage done previously, I still could not stand on my left leg afterwards. Never again.

Didn't chit chat but discussed treatment options and tried to understand my specific pain. Did a better job at eliminating/reducing it than other MDs. Office was nice but busy.

I've seen Dr. Pylman for a number of medical pain procedures. He has never introduced himself to me, or spoken to me in a kind or caring fashion. He is brusque and always seems like I am just a number. If I wasn't being forced by USA Pain to have these procedures done, I would not see this doctor for anything.
