Dr. Formoso is compassionate, knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner. I would highly recommend to anyone who deals with Chronic pain.

I went in for discomfort in my hips which resulted in un-necessary stem cell injections and an infection that has left me unable to walk. After continued complaints, the doctor continued to give me additional pain pills which almost resulted in an opioid addiction and no relief from the pain. I would not recommend Dr. Formoso to anyone unless you want to actually increase your pain. His staff is unprofessional and inattentive and his ability to help his patients is non-existent

Office staff including insurance billing is poor.

I've had several pain management specialists over the years. Dr. Formoso is the first that considered all my symptoms as a whole and has worked to fix the problem and not just treat the symptoms. The majority of the PM docs I've been to automatically wanted to put me on pain meds. Dr. Formoso listened to me when I said I wanted to try noninvasive means and no narcotics or opioids. Thanks to him Im able to do many of the physical activities I never thought I'd be able to again. My daily pain is manageable and I can't thank him or his staff enough for their knowledge, patience and overall care. I recommend him to anyone looking for a great pain management physician.

Dr. Formoso is extremely kind and really took care of me! He took the time to get to know me and my history. I will definitely be back to see him and I would have no problem referring my friends and family as well.

He kept telling me how much he knows and how the other doctors misdiagnosed me. He ordered an EMG which was very painful and I didn't help to figure out the problem. I then had an MRI and he told me it was nerves from my back. Then he gave me a shot in my chest for rib pain. He punctured my lung and then I had to get a chest tube. That all might have been ok except that my pain is still here and I can't get in to see him...only the nurse practitioner. It feels like a cattle call...move 'em in and move 'em out. I won't go back.

Dr. Formoso really took care of me and helped me with my pain in my back. I will forever be grateful for him and his staff for how much them have helped me.
