Dr. Florida Selga Basilio, MD

Dr. Basillio and "Dr." Al both have good bedside manners, are thorough, and seem to truly care. The practice management needs improving. On multiple occasions, our child has been sick and we called in the morning to see a doctor only to be told, we are only working a half day and not seeing sick patients; we are seeing appointments only. That is simply unacceptable. Half days and days, days with limited staff, and days after a holiday should focus on sick patients, not well visits. We have to take our child to a clinic instead of seeing our own pediatrician due to their poor scheduling practices.

Dr. Iris basilio refused to see my newborn because we had went to another dr. because her office was dirty and had dried blood on the table. When she moved to a new office we tried to go back because my newborn needed inacculations, but she refused to see her.

Dr. B is wonderful. She and her daughter, Dr. Iris make a wonderful team. The staff is very attentive and helpful! They always ensure you get an appointment, even late on a Friday afternoon. I love these two doctors! They have taken such good care of my two girls!
