Dr. Fortunee Kayra-Stuart, PhD

I’m preparing to create a website for transparency into the fraudulent system within Alameda. I’ll share once it is up. I just had court and the judge asked me yo pay half the feed my ex paid to Fortunee who devoted 95% of her time to my ex husband. I have emails documenting that she only responded to my ex when she is obligated in CA code to be impartial and work with both parents. My son who is on the spectrum with other disabilities was withheld from summer school. She could not talk to me about the outrageous act by my ex. She in fact encouraged it in directly, by only hearing from him snd writing that summer vacation was in the best interest of the kids. No mention about required summer school. I’m now seriously looking at civil rights attorneys because my kids rights and my rights have been violated for years.

I made a mistake and requested Stuart as a parenting coordinator. This was a disaster, and now there's a police report filed and there will be charges against my ex. During the time we had Stuart as a PC, the father withheld my special needs son from assigned summer school. Stuart said nothing. I asked for over a year to talk about medical and education, and more issues of withholding medications, schools, etc. Nothing for a year. Then when my ex wanted a vacation, Stuart was responsive only to vacation. It was not submitted to court and my ex violated the court order and took the kids on vacation. I missed work and it was the worst experience in having a professional to assist in an already abusive and volitle divorce and custody case, only to have the situation escaluate more than if we were just seeing the judge and having a detailed parenting plan with penalties against the ex for withholding medication, keeping kids from school, etc. I've been a professional for 25 years and… held white collar management positions, and I've never seen such horrific interactions that results in another criminal case. I'm beyond upset about my special needs kids well-being that I'm at the point of wanting the entire world know just how terrible this corrupt system is.

Dr. Stuart's superior clinical assessment skills & professional courage, literally, reversed my son's life-trajectory increasing his life-outcomes when other "professionals" seemed more interested in playing politics over trauma-informed interventions. It is without exaggeration for me to say that Dr. Stuart inspired me to become a family court service provider in an effort to fill the need for more child-centered family court specialist. THANK YOU, Dr. STUART!! And, yes, my son's frustration tolerance is at age-appropriate levels, misdx's reversed, & his grades & tests scores are among the highest in his grade level in a nationally-awarded school district.

Dr. Kayra Stuart is exceptional; she is warm and caring, and with the wisdom of many years of professional experience and a wide life experience. I cannot recommend her more highly, and I have worked with numerous therapists previously.
