the medical assistant called to me to make an appointment to see the Doctor to go over the result of the lab work that was done. Dr. Ghaly went over the lab result step by step.

I have a lot of chronic medical issues and everytime I was in a crisis, Dr Ghaly was the only one who is able to find a solution. He really truly saved my life three times now! Because he reads and understands blood/lab work, the way everything go together and its effect on the entire body, his diagnosis are accurate everytime. His lab work was the only one that was accepted by the Mayo Clinic (out of so many I had gotten even including from UCLA). His natural medications and EECP machine has saved me! Just 2 weeks ago, he gave me a herbal medication & after that, I have stopped taking anti-biotics (which I have been doing daily for 6 years!) and will no longer need surgery. I realize that sometimes his office does not follow through but that's a minor thing compared to the benefits of getting a correct diagnosis that will save you money in the long run and several trips to doctors. I have referred him to several family and friends and would do so again. He is a genius and a blessing!

If the staff hasen't given you refills, maybe its because you haven't seen your Dr. in a while. The staff is very professional and friendly. They return my phone calls in a timely manner.

Dr. Ghaly is a good doctor but I don't believe he is serious about his practice. His office staff is horrible. They never return phone calls and no one has any idea of what is going on. Your messages will never get to Dr. Ghaly and you will never get your prescriptions refilled. Horrible experience and I will find a better doctor.

i say moderate wait time only because this doctor takes his time with all his patients. his listening skills are extraordinary. he has pin pointed my diagnoses immediately and given the best plan for me and my body. he has gotten my diabetes, hypertension and weight gain under control with natural remedies and his E.E.C.P beds. his vitamin and herb remedies are awesome. they also have a compounding pharmacy in his same building and can mail out for my convenience. ive been seeing DR GHaly for many years. he has an exceptional office staff who are caring and thorough.

i had fatigue, insomnia, hair loss. i went to a few doctors, their anwser take a sleeping pill, it is normal to lose hair at my age, i did not accept their advise. when i went to see dr. ghaly on the advise of a friend i found him understanding and through in his exam and ordering the right lab work. he had the correct diagnosis, i recommend him highly.
