Hi everyone! My name is Dr. Patrick and I'm energetic, driven, and strongly compassionate towards assisting adolescents/teenagers and adults in reaching their goals. I truly enjoy working with people and helping them find their inner strengths. My patience and warm smile are calming to anxious clients. I utilize a combination of solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and person-centered therapies. Also, I enjoy fostering hope, faith, and love in a non-judgmental, understanding atmosphere. My experience with adolescents encompasses assisting them with issues, such as communication, school, personal responsibilities, and independent-living skills. My experience with adults and adolescents is mending broken families and couples, sexual abuse victims, and death and loss. Additionally, I am very diverse and have years of knowledge and hands-on experience in counseling psychology involving military/PTSD, adjustment, anxiety/stress, marriage, relational problems, performance …anxiety, addiction, racial injustice, mood, personality, co-occurring disorders, grief, depression, and much more regarding adolescents/teenagers, and adults. Furthermore, I have experience with professional/student athletes dealing with the demands included into playing sports, performance anxiety, mental performance, eating disorders, and anything of that nature. My Christian faith plays a vital part in my life and thus, influences my personality, morals, values, and how I interact with others. I believe it is an asset in my counseling career.
