Dr. Frank Albert Graf II, MD

This rating is NOT for the doctor, but his lazy dishonest secretary Deanna who NEVER answers the phone, NEVER returns messages, BARELY returns emails. My disabled veteran husband Bob Coutu has been trying to get his medical records from this office for over a year. He even filed a complaint with the state board months ago. She stated she’d send them to him, but kept delaying with excuses for months and NEVER sent them out. WE STILL DON'T HAVE THEM! What a completely complicated, unreliable and unprofessional disappointment she is for that office. Now the Dr retired, my husband still don’t have his records or any information on who has custody of them at this point. He is filing again with the state. Sad that falls on Dr Graf when he probably has no idea. He was such a nice caring man.
