Dr. Frank Joseph Mayo, MD

I wish I could give zero star review here. He was so rude and even yelling at me in the office. He doesn't show any respect to his patients.

He diagnosed my lung problems as bronchiectasis when I was a little too young for that disease. He has worked with me to keep my disease from worsening over the years. He is a caring and thorough doctor. He never talks down to me and always answers my questions. I would recommend him to anyone.

This Dr. has poor manner with no patience. Even tho his professional knowledge seems ok.

For years I had suffered bronchial problems that brought on infections and required repeated antibiotics treatments, prior to seeing Dr. Mayo. Dr. Mayo performed a bronscoptopy and finished that procedure by suctioning out the infested areas. I now rarely ever require antibiotics even though my condition is considered irreversable

clinical knowledge is there, but the worst personality i have ever come across. is it too much to ask for someone with knoweledge and a good bedside manner?

He doesn't beat around the bush, but he knows his stuff cold. And when you go in thinking - or even hearing from other docs - the wrong thing, he gets test results to see what's up. Excellent doc.
