Dr. Fred Wayne Frankenberg, MD

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Frankenberg for severals years now. Not thrilled with the care but not horrible either. The other morning I arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment and was told I would not been seen that the doctor was already in with another patient. I apologized and said I got stuck behind a box truck on the 2 lane highway and was again sorry. They told me no, he could not see me and I needed to reschedule. At this point I looked around and thought, wow, Im the only one in the office so this is quite weird. I asked them if they were serious and they said yes they were. Again I looked around and couldnt beleive it as I was the ONLY one in the office. I thought to myself all the times Ive been here and waited forever! I told them dont worry about it, my husband and I will find another doctor.

Dr. Frankenberg himself is not horrible just should spend more time with his patients and do a proper physical exam. How can you relly feel a patient ...

Dr. Frankenberg is an excellent doctor,you don't feel as though you are just another number in his office, He and his staff take the time with you that is needed and never try to hurry you so they can get to the next person.
