Dr Lamb is wise and experienced, he did an exam on me for TBI and its residuals and found that I had sustained a TBI. he also found various residuals including cerebellar gait, Migraines etc. I was disappointed that he did not bother to examine and measure my head scar and instead just went by a short note in my service military record. another examiner took the time to view and measure my head scar which is considerably longer and larger than what Dr Lamb noted.

I have been going there for about 10 years. He has always taken the time to find me the best pain relief possible. It has been a struggle because the insurance companies and the government can somehow tell the Dr. what is 'best' for their patients. He has always taken the time to get to know me as a person rather than a patient.

This old man had me on the exact same dose of Suboxone for 2 years and then lowered it without saying a word to me about it. When I ran out, I relapsed and I failed a drug screen when I went back. He sent it off to a lab to have it further tested and while waiting for those results to come back, I passed 2 more screens. I received a letter from his office ON THE MORNING OF MY LAST APPOINTMENT saying that they were discharging me for the results of my 1 failed drug screen in the 2+ years that I had seen him. This was AFTER I had COMPLETELY run out of Suboxone. I have been detoxing for 5 days off of a medication that I should not have been on for nearly as long as prescribed. THEN he cuts me off on the day that I was supposed to see him again. The LEAST he could have done is given me another months worth to find another doctor. He seems to care about you while you are there but he has a 4 month long waiting list so he has to make room somehow. I know people that have failed drug test… after drug test and they STILL get in to see him on a regular basis. Dont think for a second that he cares about you or your issues. Now, I have to go all the way to Indianapolis to have my issues dealt with correctly. Its probably for the best though. The man is in his late 70's and probably wont be in the game much longer
