Dr. Frederick Martin Azar, MD

I had my first visit with Dr. Azar today and was very impressed with him and his staff. I was only at their office about an hour including having x-rays taken. Dr. Azar’s reputation is impeccable, and he was very down to earth with a great bedside manner. He came up with a preliminary diagnosis and plan very quickly, and I am confident that he will be able to resolve my knee injury successfully.

I have seen Dr. Azar maybe times before today and as always, he is very caring and thoughtful, patient, gentle and will always listen to the patient. One of the best doctors at Campbell's Clinic.

I’m not sure you can accurately evaluate a physician after only one visit. Dr. Azar seemed to care about my situation and diagnose the problem. I really appreciated his approach to treatment. Hopefully this will have a positive outcome.

This was one of several visits I have made to Dr. Azar, hoping to give me more breadth of use of my right knee. It began a loss of cartilage several years ago. At various intervals I have asked him to inject the offending area with cortisone. He, in his wisdom, has recommended that we put off, knee replacement, until the imaging, indicates, that requirement. Well, today, the imaging seemed to indicate that the time will draw nigh in about 8 more months. That will be a new physician. Until then I will enjoy the injection’s relief, until I can’t.. he helped me through this for quite a while, since 2017. Campbell is very streamlined about creating long an appointment, and being seen and treated.

Dr. Azar is a caring physician. I have been going to him for several years and he has taken great care of my needs. I highly recommend him.

Friendly professional and always helpful

Dr. Azar has been so helpful in managing my arthritic knee pain. He and his staff at Campbell Clinic are attentive, and appointments never take too much time. Glad to get in and out quickly with a solution to my knee pain!
