Dr. Frederick Vincent Behm, MD

Dr. Behm is an excellent surgeon. When you have to have any type of surgery, he’s the one you want in the OR with you. He’s knowledgeable, compassionate and patient.

My visit to Dr. Behm was only my second gynecology appointment EVER. I am very uncomfortable with male doctors in general. I was pleasantly surprised that he and his stuff made me feel very comfortable. The Doctor and I sat and discuss basic cause/ effect options from the symptoms I was having. Finally, the decision to have an immediate ultrasound would be the quickest way to accurately diagnose what was really going on...., deep breathe a had a large fibroid next to my uterus. Time was also a factor. I had two weeks left of a paid up deductible before it cycled back to 0$. The Doctor and his stuff went to great lengths to get me in for a hysterectomy within a week. During my follow up appointments the staff was still wonderful, understanding, and capable of maintaining a positive atmosphere. Honestly, I wish all my doctors were this way.

I have been seeing Dr. Behm since 1997 and will continue to do so as long as he practices. His appreciation for life and good medical practices shines through in himself, his office and also his associates. I have quite a few health problems and in all of my experiences Dr. Behm is the only doctor I have consecutively kept over the years because of his integrity and intelligence. I wish he was a general physician! He has always been helpful, giving me resources and information any time I have needed it. I have always felt comfortable in his office and in his presence. His staff is also always friendly and helpful, never letting me have a bad experience! IN 16 YEARS! THANK YOU!!

while he seemed to be a good dr. he kept trying to get my to pay for things that my insurance pays for. it was constantly a back and forth between calling their office then my insurance co. to figure out what i was actually suppose to pay. it really seemed like they were trying to make out with extra somehow. how can a long standing dr. office get insurance billing SO wrong SO many times???

Love Dr. Boehm. Started seeing him and his partner when I was 14 years old. Diagnosed me with endometriosis. Did my surgery, then delivered my first son. Did some of my other surgeries for endometriosis later on. Knew when to stop-I appreciate that he knew after 2 hours of surgery-when it was only supposed to take 1 hr-that my condition was beyond what he could provide. Did what he could and let me know exactly what my next steps should be. Unfortunately endo kept coming back and he had to perform my hysterectomy. He did a wonderful job. Been seeing him for over 15 years and members of my family have even switched to him!

I recommend Dr. Behm to everyone. He is an excellent doctor and an extremely friendly and courteous person. He cares about his patients and takes the time to address any concerns or questions. The wait time at the office is usually good, but there are times when he is called away on an emergency delivery, which is understandable in my opinion, being in the practice that he is in.
