Dr. Frederick Goll III, MD

My daughter had tubes put in her ears on April 28. At that time they setup a follow up appointment with her for May 22. Unfortunately, something has come up and we cannot make it. We called Dr Galls office may 2, may 4, may 12, may 15 and I’m currently on hold with their after hours line now. I can’t get a hold of ANYONE to try and reschedule. What kind of doctor does a surgery for a FOUR year old and then has no cares with their follow up care. I’m absolutely livid and hoping someone in the office is in charge of reviews and maybe they’ll get a hold of me. My husband got the “confirm your appt press 1, cancel press 2, reschedule press 3” text. He pressed 3 and the next text said “your appointment has been cancelled and no longer available”. I’m such a disgruntled parent right now.

I WANT EVERYONE TO SEE THIS ... if you need ear nose throat ductor DO NOT. Go to this guy !!!!! I waited a month to get in was cattle prodded in and out . I told him I was having very bad pain and ptoblem with right ear . He said “ oh it’s probably just that you had flu I cleaned your ears you’ll be fine . I said sir I need you to look further into this ... I WAS DISMISSED. He didn’t approx three minutes with me ... I IUST WENT TO EMERGENCY I HAVE INNER AND OUTER EAR INFECTION WHICH HAS DAMAGED MY EAR DRUM . This doctor is representation of how horrible the system is !!!!!!

Dr. Goll and his staff have been great. Theoffice staff is great too, the only issue is the appointment clerk doesn't call bck right away sometime I need to call several times before getting an appointment.

When I mentioned it to his office, they failed to even schedule another appt.

Very thorough in his explanation of care and followups. I am quite pleased with the results of my consultation and surgery.

Dr.Goll & his team were fantastic, from my first phone call to them, to get in ASAP - my surgery & all of my post op check ups. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing to see an ENT. I do not have one negative to point out.

He had very good people skills and was patient to explain in detail what my problem was.

Amanda called back and even rescheduled my appointment.

In a hurry looked in ear just like my primary care doctor . Up nose crooked spectrum order ct off u go no follow up waste of time and money
