Dr. Fredrick Zachary Bierman, MD

Saw him thirty years ago when he treated our son for Kawasaki Disease. Kind, knowledgeable doctor. A credit to his profession!

I had been seen Dr. Bierman for about 5 years, he is a great doctor, he spends time with me at every visit, listened to my family's and my questions. He is very friendly. He recently moved to Westchester, and I couldn't go see him anymore because it is not convenient for me to travel that far. But he is very very nice and cares the patients! He told the LIJ doctors to take good care of me on my recent admission to the hospital. Recommend anyone who needs a good pediatric cardiologist and feel okay to go up to Westchester.

My daughter was born 18 years ago at LIJ. Never knew anything was wrong until I was taking her home. I met Dr. Bierman that weekend & have never ever even considered another doctor. He not only saved her life with his diagnosis & experience but he saved my life as well. He has since moved to Valhalla & I still make the visit every year to have her see him. I would go to the ends of the earth if need be. He is not only an excellent - unparalleled doctor but a father & a human being - which can be rare in that profession. It is a heartening thing to have to need a pediatric cardiologist but having him as ours, has made the experience something I will never forget & actually treasure.

I would highly recommend Dr. Bierman. He has been caring for my son since he was born 13 years ago.He is an exceptional doctor who always goes above and beyond for his patients and families.
