Horrible doctor

Dr. Krivan has always taken time to see how I am doing. Most doctors I have seen never treated me like a person.. I recommend her to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Krivan for the last seven years. She is one of the most compassionate and smart doctors I have ever been to.

Been a patient of hers for 15 years. At first all was good but after the DEA coming after her things have gone downhill. I have NEVER failed a test but suddenly meds are cut to almost nothing, Yet Krivan told me and my wife that she has been to Mexico to buy oxycontin for herself. Her drug test lady admitted to me that she loves ruining people’s lives with the little urine cup and evesdrops on dr/patient conversations. When I have repeatedly requested a referral to a specialist she says she’ll call it in but never has. The place is a trainwreck! If I could give zero stars I would...

I saw her for a knee injury that was still miserable. The very good orthopedic Dr I saw sent me to her saying that he saw nothing on the xray and hinted that I just wanted meds. She believed me when I explained the pain. I had no insurance and I was not rich enough to afford an mri. She saw me for years until I moved to Seattle. She didn't want to do a knee surgery on someone so young so meds that meds were great for! In Seattle I tried going through the pain. The knee kept giving out. I first saw a reg doc once I got insurance through obamacare. They Ordered an mri and low and behold there was 2 tiny shards of bone and a folded meniscus. They also diagnosed me with aggressive osteoarthritis. So Dr Krivan was right. She could see that I wasn't lying! I wasn't faking it for drugs. Thankfully I have a very good pin specialist here in WA and she I'd just like Dr. K! I think doctors that actually listen are worth a billion dollars! Thank you Dr. Krivan and staff for helping me when a knee… specialist thought I was just med seeking. ?

She saved my life. Be open, honest & direct with her and you will love her. If you have any problems call, do not change your dosage without talking to her. Contracts and UA's included but with, her being her, no biggy. May have to wait but again, very worth it!!

She is compassionate and smart.

I have been meeting with Dr. Krivan every two months for several years for treatment of chronic pain. Dr. K. is warm, understanding, professional, knowledgeable & just an all around outstanding physician. I highly recommend Dr. Krivan for those seeking assistance with chronic pain conditions ~ she is wonderful!! (The wait time for the appts can be 20 - 30 minutes on occasion. I believe there are few Pain Medicine Specialists in our area and thus her practice is very large - but the office is pleasant - TV & lots of magazines so the wait is so worthwhile).

I don't even know where to start. I've never experienced such unprofessional treatment in my life. The office staff is clueless. I get lied to constantly and rarely get a call back when promised one to verify my medication has been called in. If it does get called in its usually to a pharmacy I don't even use. Locating my medicine is like looking g forjimmyHoffa and would probably be easier. I'm shocked at all the hi ratings and wish I was treated as these satisfied patients are. I've never failed a test. I do everything I'm supposed to do but don't get the same in return. It started out well 4 years ago only to get worse and worse. I get lied to and the office blames the pharmacy. The pharmacy blames the doctor all the while I'm suffering in withdrawal. No one cares. The doc herself is funny helpful and understanding but I feel she's over extends herself and the lack of experienced office staff is unable to support her. I'm so tired of the fight and the withdrawal because no one knows… who's doing what. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you believe a medical office especially pain management we're all forced into should offer higher standards and help you not let you get sick because they can't seem to communicate which will only result in your suffering. To those that find how this office is run the best ever and rated a 5 I seriously think you've never been to a real professional to give such a grade or maybe you jumped the gun after your first appointment. It's gotten even worse since her nurse Jaime left but I have to wish her the best. Half the time Sarah can barely get the right name on my urine sample. It gets worse as time goes on. I'm done with this doctor and I'm going to be suffering greatly until I can get into a new doctor but enough is enough. I've been lied to for the last time and never have to deal with untrained front and back office again. RUN AWAY FAST. I'm not a hater just a tired of the mistakes and being sick because the office messes up more often than acceptable.

Dr Krivan is amazing, always willing to listen, and is willing to always be part of my solution. Even though I have moved and must travel to see her, I will never give her up!
