Dr. Kolchugina provides a full range of health care to children from birth through age 18. She chose pediatrics because of the amazing developmental changes that occur through the first few years of life. She is particularly interested in mental health and views it as the foundation of our overall health, our ability to have healthy habits and to carry out our goals. A native of Corvallis, she returned to the Willamette Valley when her oldest daughter was a baby to be near her family and community.
