I don't know where to begin with Dr. Watts. I had gone to another "hand" doctor who only spent 10 minutes with me and immediately said "your trigger thumb is the worst I've seen, shots won't help, you need surgery ASAP". Long story short, surgery was going to cost too much, found Dr. Watts, saw him. He treated me like I was his only patient, had all the time in the world for me, spent a long time looking at my hand, taking pictures and x-rays, before discussing my options with me. Dr. Watts did not push surgery on me like the previous doctor did. We decided on shots (50/50 chance) and so far so good. This man is amazing and I can't say enough good about him. He is easy to talk to, answered all my questions to my satisfaction, discussed all my options with me. His bedside manner is impecable, it is a lost art with most doctors. I was not referred to Dr. Watts, I read his reviews and decided to go to him on my own. I am so very glad I did.

Dr. Watts treated me for dupuytren's contracture. Office staff was very helpful and caring. Dr. Watts was very caring and professional. He explained what he was doing and created a relaxed atmosphere.

Dr. Watts has sincere compassion for his patients. He takes time to do a thorough examination to accurately diagnose the problem, and talks in layman terms and encourages questions. Dr. Watts is just so pleasant it's almost like "not going to a doctor." In addition he runs a tight ship with pleasant and proficient employees. When you call his office, a real live person promptly answers. Your appointment time is when you get to see the doctor, unless there is an emergency. Dr. Watts has performed surgery on my wrists twice over the years, and I had no problem either time. I highly recommend his service.

I really liked the way dr. Watts took time to hear my husbands story he listens which is very important to us cuz the other dr. Didnt and he does.. He performed every test on him and he knew wht pain my husband was havin.. He was nice to me being the wife he talked to both of us but the first thing he did was get an MRI and it showed exactly wht dr. Watts thought.. We truly like him..

I went to three doctors in Fort Smith, Ar. at the River Valley Mus. Clinic and not one of them spent time examining my hands but wanted to do surgery. Dr.Watts thoroughly examined my hands, took pictures, x-rays, measurements and gave me pamphlets to read. He said surgery was not necessary now and said that I had four conditions affecting my hands. Thank God there are still doctors who care.

2 years ago, Dr. Watts performed carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand, 1 year ago on my right hand. Pain and numbness that woke me up all hours of the night disappeared after surgery. There were no complications, I should not have put off seeing a doctor for so long.
