Dr. Gary N Dunetz, MD

FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: It seems that contemptible customer/patient service is accepted by this doctors office. You will NEVER get them on the phone, you have to email for someone to get back to you. Then when someone does get back to you, SHE is BELLIGERENT, Curt, SNIDE, RUDE! She would not let me answer a question without being absolutely INSULTING. She spoke loudly, like I was deaf, when I asked her to repeat herself, laughed at me when I stated the name of the insurance company, wouldn't answer any of my questions, spoke over me, and when I asked if she could stop this behavior and just make an appointment for me, SHE SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN. I wouldn't refer this mis-run office to anyone treating any living being. Shame on this doctor for allowing this behavior to continue. It is a broken system when this online venue is the only way to register a complaint with this office. (How terribly PATHETIC that the healthcare system has been allowed to become so demeaning and uncaring… ... in this case.) Go elsewhere. If you are sick you deserve better.

Dr. Dunetz is working with my husband, and has been very insensitive and inconsiderate with the way he presents sensitive and potentially scary information. Not cool.

Dr. Dunetz is very factual, practical, and cares about his patients. He relies on KUB xrays which are quick, but not always accurate especially when dealing with smaller stones created by numerous lithotripsy procedures. Overall he believes in the philosophy that stones in the upper part of the kidney are ok to fester for years until they become problems or you pass them. In reality stones cause problems and really should be removed. I'd keep shopping for a different doctor.

Dr Dunetz did a great job in removing my left Kidney because of cancer. He was attentive to the concerns of my wife my daughter and of course myself. He and his staff at the SNHMC were very professional and caring. I would highly recommend Dr Dunetz to anyone needing a Urologist.

Prescribing Oxybutynin without checking person medical history. Major screw-up!

Skilled surgeon. Humble gentleman, focused. kind. Not excessively verbal, so bring your questions and something to jot down his answers. Become knowledgeable first; he has answers to your questions and is a straightforward doctor. He's a good man. A great surgeon. Told me exactly what to expect, and did follow-up. So far so good. His office is in Nashua next to So. NH Medical Center, and there's parking everywhere.

Dr. Dunetz did a TUIP on me because I had weak flow. The procedure was supposed to be a simple in and out procedure. I ended up in the hospital for a couple of nights. After I was released I was back in again. Turns out the catherization was not done quite well leaving me with scar tissue in the urinary tract. End result, I have less flow than when Incame to this “Dr’”. Avoid

Dr Dunetz does a great job explaining things and why he does certain things procedures. The nursing assistants are fantastic, very friendly and professional.

Visits and surgery were very good, I would recommend to other women.

I have been to the office twice and in both appointments he was over 1 hour late. Frustrating. The surgery was flawless and on time.
