Avoid avoid avoid. Stay away!

The wait time is more than 2 hours ours was 2:45 minutes and the doctor was hurried, unpleasant and an egomaniac. Your child's needs are not the priority. It's billable hours and surgery referrals to his favorite hospitals. At no time was he interested in our child's history. Run, don't walk away from Dr. Ford. He's not a patient Centric doctor. His office staff are horrible and rude.

This place is a joke. I took the day off of work, my husband took the day off, my son took the day off school. Drove through traffic that took us over an hour. They decided to close the office without giving us notice. The lady there gave 2 $h!+ less. Waste of time, loss of money. Ridiculous. The place is ghetto . I give it ZERO stars.

i never heard from dr for a follow up i have been calling and calling to schedule an appointment for a follow up and i never got a call back

The waiting time is just too long and you will only be seen for 5 minutes. All that have been said here is 100% true. If you have appointment by 3rd you be seen by 5pm. Don't wait your time. My first and only appointment with Dr. Ford was also terrible, his assistant is fairer than him. He should retire. If there is any thing less than one star that's what I will give.

Wasted my time here. Dr ford is rude! I paid co payment of $10 and they still mailed a letter saying I owe them $10 for the visit. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I agree with all negative ratings on here. My experience was horrible. NEVER consider coming to Dr. Ford. Bad attitude, rude, unprofessional, etc. This review will never end if I share my experience from start to ending :/............

My experience with Dr. Gary Ford was awful. He had no manners, as soon as he came in the room he didnâ??t say hello and literally started shouting one of the employees name. I still recall her name â??Jessicaâ?? and he treated her like she was trash. He only lasted in the room for about 5 minutes, was rude and didnâ??t explain anything. I had never been to a doctor visit and felt so uncomfortable, my husband was also in the room and I could tell in his face he just wanted to punch this doctor, but of course we kept our cool. We will absolutely NEVER ever go back to that place again. Please read reviews before you decide to go to this place, Otherwise I am 110% you will def have an unpleasant experience.

NP was excellent . Very courteous and knowledgeable. Waiting time was awful. Appointment at 10:30 did not get seen until 12:45. The exam room was filthy. The exam chair was dusty. There was a used suction tube left on the instrument cart. The trash can had a splash of dried Iodine? The hand sanitizer pump bottle was empty. Someone needs to perform disinfection at this facility.
