Please read YELP reviews. This man has a longstanding pattern of inappropriate behavior towards female patients, myself included. He commented on the shape of my body, said he liked my body hair, did a completely unnecessary rectal exam, asked to set me up with his friends. Many women share similar stories. Please leave a yelp review if this has happened to you. We need to get him away from women ASAP!

Once again I must say this is my top Gyn. And will not use anyone else. I have used Dr.G since I have been in my twenty's, and now I'm in my sixty's! He has a great personality to back up his skills, thank you!

I was his patient back in the early 1980's & at first thought he was a good doctor till he asked me extremely personal questions about my sex life which was totally unprofessional, unacceptable & quite scary, I was pregnant w/ my first child & when my son was born I NEVER went back to Dr. G. From these stories seems like he is still a dirty old man. I don't even want to give a star but I guess I have to so this will post. He thought he was above others, as if God's gift to woman. Take another look at yourself Doc. Don't think so. Woman BEWARE!!!

I experienced the same repulsive behavior as the woman who left a comment in February 2015. My very short experience as a patient of this man was initiated by a abnormal pap result obtained at a clinic. I picked him because he was close to my home and participated with my insurance. Due to my diagnosis, I needed surgery. My issue is with his offer of dinners, or of setting me up with friends, or his stating he would sleep with me, and inappropriate physical contact. This was in the late '90's. I only wish I warned others sooner.

Dr. G entered the room with a smile and a warm, inviting demeanor. I was instantly relaxed and once we began chatting I felt like we were old friends! As a professional he is at the head of the class and proactive. I am thrilled that my dear friend recommended Dr. Guarnaccia...I truly have never felt this confident in a doctor after a first visit.

Irina, Dr. G ' assistant once again was effective and couteous to take care of my health issue. The Staff is good and Dr. G is great. I have been seeing him for years , thorough and knowledgable.
