This man does telephone therapy. He is a horrible therapist that barely says a word to you on the phone. What kind of therapist does not offer any kind of feedback or suggestions concerning your issues & just lets you ramble on for 50+ minutes…??? Now I just found out after all these years that he was charging my check/debit card for telehealth visits I never had. On one bank statement there were four separate charges for $95.00. I only talked to him every two to three months. I called him today to request copies of my records from 2017 — 2020 that I need for my private disability insurance company & it is very important. He said he does not know if he has any. That is because, most likely, he did not write a damn thing from our sessions for all those years. Also, I never signed any kind of forms before we started this so-called “therapy”. By law, he must keep some kind of notes/records about his patients, even if it is via telephone. He then had the audacity to hang up on me when I… told him I am requesting copies of any & all notes/records he has regarding me. I am filing a complaint against him with the California Board Of Psychology. Beware of this man because he is a lousy therapist & a scammer. I also filed a fraud dispute with my bank going all the way back to 2017. He also goes by the name “A Therapy Line” which is the name on all his charges on my bank statements.
