Dr. Gary Michael Sherman, MD

I broke my wrist in a fall and after the cast, splint and all was done it turned out I needed I needed to see a hand surgeon because I ruptured a tendon also! I was so scared. I was sent to Dr. Gary Sherman and he was very professional but also made me feel at ease and that I was in safe hands. He explained everything he would do and felt we would have a positive outcome. I’m no longer afraid and I trust him completely. I’ll be sure to let you know how it works out. As of right now, I am very pleased with him as my surgeon.

Dr. Sherman is one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever met. He listens and explains everything in easy terms. He really cares and does excellent surgeries. If you need a hand specialist, he’s your guy.

The wait time was minimal both in reception area and exam room. Each staff member was very pleasant. Dr. Sherman listened to my problem which is a recurring one with back pain. We discussed past visits for this, and what had nbeen the tbest solution. When I said what I would like to do to alleviate the pain, he concurred with me. He took his time and did not rush me out. Dr. Sherman also explained what could be done at a future visit if needed. Checkout was easy, and I feel the whole experience was excellent.

Dr Sherman had great communication skills as well as being a great doctor.

My daughter broke both bones in her arm, we took her to urgent care that evening and called his office the next morning. He was able to squeeze us in that day and cast her arm. His bedside manor is above and beyond. He explained everything to us in detail and even explained it to my daughter to where she could understand what was going on. The whole staff from the front desk, medical assistants, DME guy, x-ray techs and checkout were all AMAZING with us. They are extremely professional and would recommend going there if you need to!!

If you are looking for a physician that cares more for his patients than his money, keep looking.

Dr Sherman and his physicians assistant Juris Eyler are both excellent. In fact the whole staff was competent, kind, and provided exceptional care throughout my consultation, surgery, and subsequent rehabilitation. I provided my MRI and had an appointment within a week for stenosing tenosynovitis, partial tendon tears, and a subluxing ecu tendon in my wrist following a stingray puncture injury that wasn't responding to physical therapy. At the consultation Juris Eyler explained what was wrong by showing me on the MRI, discussed treatment options, and answered all my questions. The surgery was scheduled within 3 more weeks, which Dr Sherman performed without complications. I am very impressed with the care I received and thankful for their hard work that healed my wrist.
