Dr. Gary L Ward, DO

This doctor has a horrible bedside manner and does not care about his patients. It would be one thing if he was at least a good doctor, but he is not. He has a horrible temper and goes into fits repeatedly! So be careful what you say to this guy. Do not ask questions and do not expect much.

I arrived for my appontment just a couple of minutes prior to my appointment time. Upon check in I was greeted and told to wait for nurse to come. Within just a couple minutes I was called back to office for nurse to take vitals and find out what was the issue for appointment. After nurse finished she left room and it was only 2 or 3 minutes until the Dr. entered and introduced himself. He reviewed my vitals and other records and asked me of any concerns I had. He listened to my concerns and ordered tests to check for any dangerous issues that I may have. He ordered labs and xray and had prescription sent to my home to prevent me waiting. He told me how to find lab and xray area and I checked in. Within a minute I was called in the lab and then I could hear xray tech calling for me. Once I completed lab I went to waiting room for a couple minutes until I was called for xrays. Within 5 minutes I was out of xray and able to leave. Great experience overall.
