Dr. Gavin John Button, MD

This is an excellent surgeon that is very serious about his job. He is highly skilled, direct and to the point. I just had lower back surgery from him with great success. I also strongly believe he is a great patient advocate.He has been highly professional, listened to what I had to say and asked questions. If you want a surgeon that is at the top of his profession for your lower back, he is your guy.

He is SUPER! LISTENS, ASKS QUESTIONS AND VERY PLESANT, Did a great job on hip replacement! Will probably doing another one! Sure Fun getting OLD! (83)!

Dr Button is extermely talented. I had a double discectomy on Feb 14th and was back in my office on Feb 21st(clean work) His staff is very effective and professional. I was always treated promptly and respectfully. My hat is off to this Doc and his staff.Thanks

Wonderful Physician, great bedside manner, go's out of his way for his patients. I would not want another physician he is one of a kind.

Cold, brusque, suspicious. That was the look on his face when he gave my hand a limp shake. After finally getting my referral, and waiting even longer for the appointment, I was disappointed to say the least when after a cursory, 5 minute physical examination, Button told me there was nothing he could do and ushered me out.No referrals, no opinions, no other ideas, just a kind of shrug. That's all I got from doctor Button.I'm approaching the 1.5 year anniversary of my sudden onset of chronic, every day back pain... and while I realize it can be difficult to treat and hard to diagnose, I found Dr. Button to be a great deal less than helpful. If I do someday find out what's wrong and it costs me everything I have for corrective surgery or what have you, I'm going to sue Button for every f'ing penny he's got.

He is the only doctor that I have met that has actually seen me as a person instead of an insurance payment or a number. He cares. He really does.
