Dr. Gelen Receno Del Rosario, MD

I would not recommend this Dr. or her practice, for many reasons, which I could write an essay about, but mainly due to the lack of professionalism from her practice staff, who are rude and unorganised. Getting my benefit/maternity leave forms signed off was a nightmare and their lack of urgency and importance, left me without my maternity leave payments for over a month. In a nutshell , I left them forms to fill out and they left it in a folder for 28 days. I kept on calling, and getting nowhere; they would pass the blame onto the Dr and when I finally went there myself, they finally took the trouble to physically look in a folder and found my papers, unsigned. Office manager then became passive aggressive, instead of being apologetic for their terrible management and organisational skills and told me I'd have to wait another week, since the Dr. Was on vacation. They are the few offices that don't send off your paperwork because according to the receptionist, patients kept on… complaining of their forms not being sent. So if you choose this practice, you will have to go back and forth to leave and pick up paperwork, if they don't lose it and actually get it signed. Another very inconvenient thing for a pregnant woman, is that if you arrive 6 minutes late, they will literally turn you away, even though the Dr. Will take up to 2 hours to see you, so your appointment will never be on time. ZERO STARS !! They have very VERY unprofessional staff answering phone calls during closed brake time. I no longer want to seek help from a company who’s staff are so rude I defiantly will NOT recommend this place to anyone !!

Great doctors and NP but the staff is horrible. No follow ups and when you ask for a call back no response. Very lazy and incompetent staff so sad considering the Drs care is good

Dr. Del Rosario is AMAZING!!! i had a not so good experience with my last ob so I was worried this time around but Dr. Del Rosario was awesome. She made me feel so comfortable. She listened to all of my concerns and explained things very clearly. I really feel like she cares. She is my ob/gyb for life now. Also the nursing staff and front desk girls are awesome too.

Label pusher even when the brand she has given you has an adverse effect on your body and gives results in the worst way where it leaves you hanging.
