Dr. Mac saved us this year when we needed to switch pediatricians quickly. I had no idea what I was missing out on with our last pediatrician. Dr. Mac's bedside manner is amazing. He made both boys feel comfortable and respected. He listened to me and truly showed he was invested in helping our family. I can't praise him enough! If you aren't happy with your current pediatrician, there's no reason to stick around when there's an incredible pediatrician just as close!

Dr. Mc Anelly's front office manager Laura was extremely rude, disrespectful, and lacking in empathy. She cancelled our apt without telling us (after we drove two hours for the visit), and still refused to schedule an apt for our one year old even after having two Tricare reps assure me and her that we had the referral and could see the doctor, regardless of her billing disputes. Long story short, she put money and billing above the actual care of a child in pain. I would have paid out of pocket if necessary, but she refused to even let us talk to the doctor. I can't speak for Dr. Mc Anelly's service, but anyone who employs someone of such poor character doesn't deserve your business. If you are looking for a quality care TEAM, then I suggest looking elsewhere.

Very thorough doctor. Even though it quite a drive from me...it's worth it .

We have been seeing Dr Mac since my son was born in 2007. He has always taken the time to answer questions. What I love most is that he talks with my son and asks him about things in his personal life not just about the visit. We've just added a new addition to the family and now our youngest will see Dr. Mac as well. We love him and highly recommend him. The office staff and nurses are equally as great as he is.

Dr. Mac has been our children's pediatrician since 2000. We have moved over the years and still drive 45 mins because he is not only a great doctor, but also a person who truly cares about his patients. He treats the whole child, not just the physical. He never makes you feel rushed and he patiently listens to whatever the parent or child has to say. We feel blessed he is our children's physician!

Dr. Mac is exceptionally great with the little ones but sometimes you spend a lot of time waiting inside one of the rooms. He can at times be quick to prescribe medicines like antibiotics when we've decided to let the sickness resolve itself and it did. He is easy to reach though, has an after-hours pager and will call you abck directly, and he's very intelligent.
