I just love Dr. Peterson.

The mostrar awesome experience from the minute you walk in the door. The atmosphere and decoration of the office is very homey and the aroma of sandalwood is relaxing. Nurse is very clear and thorough and Dr Peterson is very good at explaining and communicating your answers. He is the best ...,. I love my Dr.

Most reviews here are complaints about Dr. Peterson's staff. I feel the staff could be friendlier but Dr. Peterson could not be nicer. He spent plenty of time with me answering all my questions and reassuring me both before and during the procedure he did. He really cares. I can work around the staff and will continue to use Dr. Peterson.

I went to Doctor Perterson for my first Birth in 2007 and as for the Doctor his wonderful very knowledgeable and answers all your questions. But the staff was dry got right to the point. I am having my second child now 2010 and wanted to go back to him because I trust him and love him as a Doctor and his great. But after my experience with his Staff this time trying to make a app. is nothing but impossible, the receptionist NEVER picks up the phone. After calling and leaving messages for a week she gets back to me and let's just say she's VERY unprofessional and not knowledgeable about anything and she was so Horrible and mean and rude, she made me cry and throw up keep in mind I pregonet and I told her that because she got me so upset and then yelled at me more. She seem to be mad that I said I was trying to get a app. For a week with no luck of anyone calling me back. I left that on the message maybe she got in trouble? So I would NEVER tell anyoneto go to him due to his Horrible… unprofessional, rude receptionist and office manager.

Dr. Peterson is maybe the nicest OB/GYN in Key West, taking time with his patients and treating them with dignity. For those who are pregnant, he does an in-office sonogram every visit. A lot of women love this, but I, for one, wish more time during my office visits had been spent in conversation with the doctor, instead of staring at a monitor. But the real problem with Dr. Peterson is his staff. His receptionist is snitty with patients and his office manager condescending and dishonest when it comes to billing. I would have chosen another doctor if I'd known. Having to switch halfway through my pregnancy was really stressful.

Dr. Pederson and his staff are caring professionals and treated me with great patience through a difficult pregnancy. He delivered my very big baby boy via C-section and there were no complications. I highly recommend this doctor!
