An excellent doctor, he explained my entire case to me and gave me all the attention and care I needed.

A++ visit/center. Really felt that Dr Richard was really looking out for my best interest and not just trying to find a quick solution. Overall was satisfied with the whole staff center and the doctors information.

Dr. Richard is very professional and explains everything very well. I recently saw him where he discussed my MRI results. I was happy with his recommendation on not having to go to surgery and instead went with a different option. On a side note; his front office staff could be better. I did the self check in and sat waiting for them to call me up as the check in stated they would but they never did. I went up and asked if I was supposed to check in with them too. The woman asked me a couple of questions about the self check in and then said that they have been having issues with it. She then checked me in. She was nice, however, if you know you are having issues with the self check in then they should be making sure that they speak to everyone waiting. I was sitting right in front of them for about 20 minutes. With two of them there that shouldn’t have happened. This would not stop me from going to see Dr. Richard but this needs to be addressed.

Absolutely the best orthopedic. Dr.Richard is very knowledgeable , kind, patient and spends time with you , to give you a full comprehension of your health issue. He cares about you as a patient and you are not a number. Patient care is missing from todays health professionals. Dr Richard has the best patient care I have ever encountered. I highly recommend Dr.Richard and Rothman Orthopedics.
