Dr. George William Rozakis

Dr. Rosakis has an Advanced Wellness Program that is very expensive to join. He gets customers by offering extensive high quality evaluation and testing, including assessment as well as both blood tests and genetic testing to design customized care with frequent follow up testing and ongoing support. I have not received any genetic testing, the blood tests were once only and no follow yet now at 7 months. His office did not respond on a refill from the pharmacy that he started from CVS, He also advertises that he will include hormone replacement therapy if needed, but then he was unsure how to dose the HRT. Very troubling and I am feeling scammed by an eye doctor who is offering an anti aging program with a functional medicine feel yet he is not trained in this as well as does not fulfill the promises he makes.

This doctor performed lasik surgery and due to negligence in his 3 step verification, he botched my surgery; permanently impairing vision in my eye.

I'm writing as a physician who has patients that wanted me to order labs for Dr. Rozakis's Advanced Wellness supplements that he promotes for treating Wet Macular Degeneration. He has very convincing literature, but no evidence published in peer reviewed journals (or any journals as far as I can tell) to support his claims. Patients considering buying his products should consult with their primary physicians before getting treatment from him.

Dr. Rozakis from my understanding was one of the inventors of LASIK and I see now better than 20/20. If you want the best then go to the best doctor and that is Dr. Rozakis in my opinion.

He is a brilliant doctor but he's difficult to locate. He is no longer at the Westlake address.
