Dr. Gerilyn Elizabeth Cross, MD

This doctor is very unprofessional. Bedside manner can be good or super bad. She is unreachable very phone and email. DO NOT GO TO HER!!!

Was referred to Dr. Cross by a friend after not having my health issues addressed by primary Dr. Her office staff really went out of their way to get me an appointment right away and were so friendly. Dr. Cross was so thorough with addressing my needs and I felt unrushed sitting down with her. She genuinely cared about my needs and I can't tell how reassuring that is for me! I will definitely tell everyone about her. Thank you Dr. Cross!

It’s been 14 years now. But when I was pregnant I had many problems. My son was born at 33 weeks. If it wasn’t for her watching over us, he wouldn’t be here today. I have had the most amazing 14 years with my son and I have her, the emergency doctors and the NICU to thank. I’m looking forward to going to visit her and show her what she helped me save ?? And he has no lasting problems ?? 100% Healthy teenage boy. Thank you too all who helped me bring this amazing child into my life

Amazing Dr.! Very thorough and her knowledge of hormones blew me away! First Dr. that actually listened me! Very rare to find these days.

I would not recommend this office primarily because of the office workers. They are not empathetic and lack professionalism. they also make decisions outside of their expertise and authority. Good luck if you ever need to see the doctor ASAP it's a struggle. If you are able to get in to see the doctor (eventually) she seems ok. Not impressed overall.

Worst experience with an OB/GYN. Front office staff is horrible (especially those answering phones and making appts). Nurse never available. Dr did not address concerns. Pushed me off.

Absolutely horrible. Rude and disrespectful with an overly dominant attitude of superiority. Does not listen and is not open to patient input. Talks over patient, discredits other doctors (bad mouths) and is passive aggressive. I guess she still thinks she's a Navy doctor and she can treat patients like military soldiers. Very dissatisfied and frankly offended by her way of treating me. Would not recommend this Dr to anyone.

I've been seeing Dr. Cross out of network for almost 6 years! Dr. Cross perscribed pre-menapausal bio-identical hormones almost 6 years ago and this has made the transition into menapuase seemless! 30+ symptoms of menapause - forget most of them. Great sleep, low belly fat, energy, libido and great skin and hair! Bio-identicals are the way to go. Thank you Dr. Cross!!
