Dr. Strother, it has been very difficult to obtain doctors appointment. I finally landed an appointment and missed it due to being chronically ill. When I called in to reschedule I was badagered about why I didn't make my previous appointment and asked if I had "mental health issues." I am deeply disappointed in the lack of empathy and professionalism. I hope that in the future patients will be treated with more respect and consideration.

Had an appointment and I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and the door at Dr. Strother's office was locked (nobody home) so I called and I could hear the phone ring. I left a message and continued to call several times hoping the doctor was in the back but no luck. Unfortunately, I was not seen by the doctor and the receptionist called me about 2 hours later making up excusses of why the door was locked and no one was there stating they must have just passed me. I've never experienced going to a doctor visit and the clinic being closed. :(

Horrible bedside manner, adversarial relationship to clients, threatens to terminate medication unless you see her in person every two weeks and submit to in-office testing she administers that you dont need. I'm filing a medical board complaint.

Worst doctor I've ever been too! Over two hours for a simple refill appointment - and she was so rude and non apologetic... Never again!

Excellent diagnosis and treatment. I was most pleased with the outcome; particularly since I had been seen by others and Dr. Strother took the time to really get to the solution to my health issue. Others in the waiting area seemed to be quite pleased and thankful that there is a doctor like Dr. Strother; competent and caring.

I had looked for a long time for a female doctor. The are few in riverside, once I found one I was happy. Sadly my experience was terrible, I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone. Waste of time and money. Worst experience with a doctor ever!
