Dr. Geronimo G Rodriguez, MD

was referred to this office about a year ago, based on Dr Rodriguez bed side manners, called the office to make sure they have whats needed prior to my app, I wish Martha would have never answered she decided to say over the phone before my consultation that no anti-contraceptives are covered by my PPO ins! without taking the proper verification steps before hand. As a cross-biller my self, I understand pre-d is needed prior to a procedure, the ethical thing to do was for me to have my consult, pay my office copay (finances are not a problem) then she can move forward with insurance process, of course that didn't take place, it's like Martha is aiming to push patients away, not sure what Dr.R is being told, I am sure he is losing patience due to her, BTW: she also stated two other people were listening to our phone conversations, maybe she randomly had me on speaker or decided to put me on speaker, who knows and I really don't care if two other people were listening or not.However,… why would there be a need for that? Maybe she's fully aware of how un-professional she is that she needs others to hear her phone conversation. I explain benefits, co-pays etc to her told Martha how the insurance process & benefits work, and of course she stayed at the contrary, my ins wasn't verified yet!! Therefore she prompted me to cancel my appointment and of course she was very dismissive. To all my Yelp, Google and healthgrades etc.. don't come to this office as you will be very disappointed.

Dr Rodriguez was awesome ! He was the doctor on call the night I went into labor and preformed my csection. He made me feel calm and relaxed given the circumstances. He was also very strict about my recovery which I grew to appreciate because I was able to heel so fast. With no problems. I was really scared to get a csection because of horror stories from friends but this was not the case with Dr Rodriguez. You can hardly see a scar and its only been 5 weeks. He came and checked on me several times during my stay at the Hospital and each time you could tell he really cared about my progress. I highly recommend him and I will be going to him for my next pregnancy

Think about things like... What was most memorable? What did you like or dislike? What would you tell a friend? Would you choose this doctor again? I called to make an appoint and see what kind of insursance they accept...Office manager was completely rude, told me I could'nt do what I needed to be seen ...said I had to give her information because they can deny a client if they want ...hung up on me twice.....The Dr was patient and listened to my complaint, appoligizing for the office mngrs rude behavior...He also took the time to take my phone call, but I wouldn't get treated here with staff like this...

I can't recommend him. He is an old school doctor with terrible staff. He makes mistakes and doesn't own them. His office manager is extremely unprofessional.

Dr. Rodriguez is more than a Dr. He becomes family. In the journey of motherhood, especially if problems come up... He is there to guide you, educate you of your options and holds your hand during those hard times.Dr. Rodriguez is professional and caring. His staff is warm and always very professional. He gave me the best gift in the world.. My child.

Dr. Rodriguez is a very caring doctor who takes the time to listen to his patients' questions and concerns. He gives you his time and you don't feel like you are being rushed. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and I am grateful that he was my doctor at my son's 2004 delivery. He saved my baby's life.

Dr. Rodriguez is an amazing doctor, he delivered my daughter in 2003 and has continued to be my doctor since. He is gentle, friendly and gives you the time of day.
