Dr. Ghassan Fuad Khayyat, MD

Dr. Khayyat was the neurosurgeon on call after my car accident. He noticed right away I had a meningioma behind the brain bleed. He encouraged surgery ASAP, but was patient w/me in my decision to wait. He gets involved with the entire family, making sure my daughter & husband had all their questions answered as well. He visited me every day in the hospital, sometimes twice if he had time. He has an excellent office staff, always polite & efficient. I have recommended him to friends & family. He is one amazing doc!!

Dr. Khayyat did my first brain surgery in 2003 for an acoustic neuroma tumor. He was very compassionate and I felt like he genuinely cared about me and my well being. I still visit him every year for a checkup. Office staff is also very polite.

I have never met a more caring professional than Dr. Khayyat. He has done three back surgeries on me and I am walking today because of him. I have referred him to other friends who have received absolutely the highest quality care and diagnosis.

I had a subdural empyema that Doctor Khayyat was able to alleviate. I thank God for him and have never met a nicer or more caring doctor. He seems to take personal interest in his patients, at least with me it seemed he did. He doesn't just send you on your way to recover, he seems to enjoy watching the recovery process and gives a super amount of encouragement. Without, Dr. Khayyat and his expertise and care, I don't think I would be here today. He is the best.

Victims of ruptured cerebral anuerisms do not have the best prognosis for survival. I believe that this doctor is one major reason I am still alive with no lasting problems. I thank God and Dr. Khyyat every morning for another day!
