Dr. Ghousia Sultana, MD

I don't visit the Doctor often because I rarely get sick, but the few times that I have been really sick and gone to Dr. Sultana I was not pleased. She may be knowlegeable but she is not at all compassionate and does not go out of her way to help. She does the very barest minimum, and expects payment every single time you enter her door, even if it is to ask a question! She is slow to respond to faxes (if she ever sees them). It appears that her fax machine is outdated and often does not work so she often claims that she has not got a fax when it was in fact sent. It is very difficult to get her to return phone calls too. I have decided to go elswhere. Unfortunately I can never recommend Dr. Sultana to anyone. The only good thing I can say about her is that her demeanor is pleasant for the most part.

She makes you wait for long that it is pain full and many times she is not in the office more at the hospital. She always wants you to make an appointment. I mean she never approves any refill for any regular medication. Why does she have a fax # that she never checks.
