Dr. Gilbert Y Zini, MD

All I will say is thank god he is retiring. He sold practice without a word to his patients and his front office gals especially Jackie need to understand who pays there pay check!

Dr. Zini has been our family Dr. for about 25 years. He is caring, thorough and kind. You won't find a better physician, in my opinion. Staff is efficient. They are a very busy office. but will do their best to get you in if you call early in the a.m.

He is so hard to get in with, if calling for an appointment staff leaves you on hold forever! He doesn't take his time to talk to you and rushes out the door before you can ask a question and he even got loud, insulted me and then told me to find a new doctor! How is this man still practicing!

Staff most always makes appointments in a timely manner. Time with Dr Zini is all-too-often rushed & he seems to dismiss inquiries for details. Regarding RENEWAL OF PRESCRIPTIONS....his staff is HORRIBLE!!! I have REPEATEDLY called in refill to Savon, they HAVE called him with NO confirmation(s). Ergo, I have gone WITHOUT my needed refill(s). Thankfully, Savon gave me a few pills until the Zini staff decided to return call to pharmacy. Sad & DANGEROUSLY inefficient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zini's since the early 90's. He is a very good doctor, quiet but he really knows his stuff

The Staff is very polite and can get me in as quickly as they can understanding that he is a very popular Dr. I recommend everybody to him he has been my entire family Dr since 1991 and we will cont to see him until he retires.

this doctor is a complete jerk he does not care about anyone

I was told I was going to see a doctor but instead, I saw a Chiropractor who referred to himself as a doctor. Last I checked, Chiropractors don't complete residency training nor are they board certified to run Family Practice clinics in the United States.Very poor feeling from doctor & staff.

I was very dissapointed with this doctor. He was in a hurry and didn't seem interested on what I had to say. He was literally walking out the door as I was still trying to explain to him my health concerns. I requested for him to check a lump on my chest and he didn't. I need a doctor that is going to take the time to sit down and listen to me. What if the lump on my chest is serious? Obviously I won't know this if I continue to be his patient!
