I've been a patient of Dr. Sustache's for several years now and I absolutely love him. My problem is that every time I call to schedule an appointment, he is booked solid for more than a week. What good is having a primary care physician when I can't get in the door to see him in a timely fashion? If I am feeling sick and press the issue, the front desk personnel will typically take my name and number, and speak with his nurse to see if they can squeeze me in. Sometimes they can and sometimes they can't, but again, if I am not feeling well, I would like to see my doctor and more often than not, I am heading to the emergency clinic for immediate response. If you can get in to see the good Doctor, the experience is wonderful and he is superb. At this point, I will have to find another doctor - one that can see me without a 7 - 10 day wait.

Dr. Sustache is an excellent Doctor.He is very concerned about his patients, most doctors run thru ,but he Takes The Time To understand The Problem. My family has been his patients for years. So glad he is a accurate Doctor.

By far the best doctor I have ever seen. He is very sweet and caring and is geunienly concerned about every issue that you address with him. Hope he never retires!

I was forced into finding a new doctor because my doctor quit her private practice and went to work for a hospital. I was very afraid to get a new doctor because I didn't think I could find a doctor as good and nice as my former doctor, There just couldn't be another doctor that was the best. But, Dr. Sustache has proven himself as a very caring doctor. He makes you feel like you are his only patient. He gives you all of the time you need, and he has the best bedside manner. And, to top it off, he is a true Christian doctor. And, he is very smart and a very competent doctor. It is really hard to find a better doctor. I am so glad that my co-worker recommended him to me.

One thing I particularly liked about Dr. Sustache was his willingness to admit to not having all the knowledge of a special ailment. He is willing to do the research and/or refer me to the appropriate specialist for further followup. And, he likes to stay in touch with the specialists to know what diagnosis (he is usually correct) is made and what treatment I was given.

Dr. Sustache is a very caring person. He listened to what I had to say and addressed each issue without making me feel rushed. He brought up things on my chart that other doctors had never pointed out and double checked one of them with more blood work. I feel very confident that he is taking good care of me.
