Impossible to contact. Generic messages in portal. Doctors gone for weeks at a time.

Demands people pay by credit card over the phone prior to any services being rendered. I wasn't even her patient yet and she expected me to just give her my credit card information and let her start billing me for God only knows what! And when I refused they started calling me non-stop, this went on for weeks, demanding I give them my credit card information they were calling me at work and at school nonstop. I simply stated I would pay in the office at the time of my first visit and they REFUSED...they wanted my credit card information right then and there over the phone and told me I did not have a choice and the doctor demanded payment! I contacted my insurance company and was told to never give them your credit card over the phone or pay ahead of services rendered they said it was against Blue Crosses' contract with the doctor because it leads to insurance and credit card fraud.

Dr.jeter was very helpful and listened to what I had to say and really understood what I was going through and had gone through before!!! I highly recommend anyone to her very professional staff as well. Hopefully they can find out what's going on with me and get the problem solved!!!!

Easy to talk to and knows my situation and gave me a good plan on how to proceed.

Always listens to my problems and willing to try new things and she is always up to date with most recent forms of care to help me get better or maintain my Symptoms.

Dr. Jetter listens, asks questions and takes your answers into consideration. She exhibits knowledge of the various medications and how the characteristically perform and interact with other meds. She doesn’t act rushed but doesn’t waste one’s time either. Really appreciate her giving written instructions that are clear and understandable for the patient and caregiver. Everyone we encountered in the office is considerate, helpful and seem to love being there for the patient.

Awesome staff! Absolutely love Dr. Jetter and Dr. Freeman. They take the time to listen to your concerns, are very caring, and answer all questions. They truly care for their patients and make sure that you are taken care of. Highly recommend!!!
