Mary, one of the receptionists was very nice and attentive to everything I inquired about. I had test results that was lost, and she found them and faxed over the information to the person that needed them without any problems. I am satisfied with the turn around of things.

They lost my records of a Pap smear that I need for kidney transplant, telling the nurse they have no records of my test

Dr Wehrmann is a great physician with lots of experience. She has been my ob gyn for about 16 years and I am really happy with her care. The office staff is friendly and helpful.

Had 1 visit. Doc advised me mine wasn't a good situation. Took a biopsy on a Thur. told me results in 1 week. She said she would call me. I waited till 3 p.m. on Thurs. I called the office and was told that office isn't open till next Tue. When I complained they must have contacted her because she called me back and said they don't know which lab it went to (how could the doctor not know that?) and sometimes the results are in the computer but these aren't and I have to wait till next Tuesday when the office is open for results.I wasn't planning on going back to her anyway, my situation requires someone warmer and more caring, but after the lab situation I would never go back.

Dr. Wehrmann is adequate as a doctor, but her office is completely incompetent. Her office ordered my wife to get a routine ultrasound and blood test but it turns out that they sent her to the incorrect hospital. What's more, they failed to write a formal referral. Now we are stuck with medical bills in excess of $1,000 that insurance will not pay due to their administrative error. We don't have the resources to pay this bill so as a result our credit will be ruined for years.What's worse is that her office has failed to take any responsibility for this situation or provide assistance in any way. Instead, they turn around and blame us for their mistake. This behavior is abhorrent.Our advice: stay far away from this doctor's office. There are plenty of doctors available who are at least able to run a competent operation. After all, if you cannot rely on your doctor to take care of the simplest and most routine paperwork, how can you have any faith that the doctor will… competently care for your health or the health of your child?
