Dr. Ginny Estupinian, Ph.D., BHP

I really appreciate Dr. Estupinian. The best part is that she didn't judge me and really was willing to help me through my challenges. I called a lot of other therapist and many didn't even return my calls. The ones that I did get a hold of didn't have any idea how they were going to help me, but wanted me to come in for a "few sessions" to see what they could do for me. Dr. Estupinian made it clear that my concerns and my goals were first and foremost. She had experience dealing with difficult issues and layout a plan of action for me on our first visit. I immediately felt comfortable talking to her about some very personal issues and working through what was bothering me. Frankly, I never thought I would ever go to a psychologist. I am so glad that I found Dr. Estupinian.

Dr. Estupinian is a very kind and compassionate psychologist, but more importantly, she is really skilled in looking at all aspects of an individual. For me this was a big deal because she was able to diagnose a condition that I had been dealing with for most of my adult life, but was unaware of. When I first saw her she began to run some test and suspected that I had an underlining bipolar disorder. She explained in way that made sense to me that this was the situation that was behind what I was initially concerned about. She recommended and help me make an appointment with a psychiatrist to threat the bipolar disorder. Today, I am sleeping better than I ever had since I can remember. I feel more focused and my mood is level. I have continued to work with Dr. Estupinian on other issues and just wanted to share how she helped me.
