Dr. Pillai is an excellent doctor, physician and surgeon. She performed 2 total reverse shoulder replacements on me that were very successful. I am pain free and able to use both my arms for playing softball, golf and bowling. If you have shoulder pain I recommend that you see Dr. Pillai for an evaluation.

Dr. Pillai is a dedicated, compassionate physician. Finally received answers to a severe elbow injury. This is the physician to see for the best care.

I went in to my appointment thinking I needed surgery. She gave me an injection and sent me to a therapy place that she said was excellent and I was really skeptical because I had a rotator cuff tear. I am now 100% better and avoided surgery. Excellent doctor that cares and doesn't just quickly schedule surgery.

Saw me right on time. She explained everything - actually twice because I didn't really understand the first explanation. Showed me the X-rays and the MRI I had. Was very satisfied with my experience. I was a little skeptical because the office isn't that fancy. I'm from the DC area so am used to a different look. But she was really great and thorough.

This doctor really knows what she's talking about. Clearly explained my problem and discussed all of the options. Not quick to recommend surgery.

I am currently going to Dr. Pillai for a sports related shoulder injury. She has diagnosed my problem and it is being treated without surgery. Dr. Pillai is very professional and listens to me as well. Very satisfied with my progress.

Dr. Pillai did my total shoulder replacement and 6 months later I am doing great! I have no pain and great motion. She is particular about how she wants your therapy done but if you do what she asks you will have a good result. I am very happy and highly recommend her.

The office staff was very nice. Dr. Pillai spent a lot of time with me. I had seen two doctors before and she spent the most time with me. She really explained everything to me in a way I understood and explained all of my options. Very impressed.
