The treatment and counsel I have enjoyed over the years under Dr. Harrisâ??s care has been excellent. My wife, who has frequently attended my consultations with him, emphatically concurs in this judgment. He has been unfailingly friendly and open, carefully attentive and clear in our discussions â?? ever since my initial conference three years ago, upon referral by my primary-care physician. We are also grateful for the many tests carried out under his supervision in his office (stress tests, electrocardiograms, ultrasound exams), the several procedures he personally carried out at Orlando Hospital â?? an angiogram (resulting in the installation of a stent), a cardioversion, and a second angiogram (ruling out arterial obstruction as behind the recurrence of my A-fib. The same can be said of his referrals and collaborators, for the installation of a stent and, later, of a pacemaker, which successfully raised my pulse into a safe range. Dr. Harris is not a surgeon, but if you are… looking for someone to carefully monitor your condition and see to it that you get help, when needed, from a qualified interventionist, my experience says he is a personal cardiologist in whose hands you will be secure. Many essential tests (Iâ??ve mentioned some above) are conveniently able to be carried out in his office. And you will definitely appreciate the friendliness of his office staff!
