Dr. O is exceptional! She listens and hears your concerns, discuss the matter with you and discusses the course of action with you. I put listen and hearing in the 1st sentence to show there is a difference and a lot of doctors that I have had in the past will do 1 or the other, Dr. O is attentive and shows empathy and a great deal of care for her patient - and that is something our healthcare system is lacking nowadays...We need more doctors like her!!!
