Dr. Gloydian Gomez Cruz Gomez, MD

After several years of consulting with Dr Cruz for pain management treatment, I decided that I had enough of their arrogance. The two females who run the office are the most narcissistic, arrogant, condescending individuals, that I have ever run into, especially Valerie. And Dr Cruz also has an attitude; she's always in a rush, only gives info if you question her, and rushes thru your visit so she can go back to her computer in her office. You will spend more time with the snotty staff than you do with her. I have called numerous times over the years when in a great deal of pain and was told that they could not take me for another week or so. No compassion whatsoever. I doubt they even know the meaning of the word. And wait til you get a billing statement; try to figure those out. If you want to be treated like a second class citizen, it's the place for you. If you want compassion, understanding, efficiency and professionalism, go somewhere else. You won't get it at Dr… Cruz's office.

Dr. Cruz and her staff all are awesome. They are caring, professional, and all take time to help and make sure all my needs were met. I can’t say enough about them.

This doctor is a miracle Worker. She knows how to help you. I had bad sciatica and it’s gone.

Browsing and seen this page and started lmao. I visited this so called caring, sympathetic and looking out for the patients wellbeing nightmare team. It was a joke!! Both doctor and the nose in the air receptionist Valerie are rude nasty unhelpful, arrogant, better than tho attitude and uncaring twits :) They think all a patient wants is pain medication which is farthest from the truth they want relief I had MRIs and other documents regarding my injuries, but, that didn’t matter. Forget any respect if you happen to be a Medicare or Medicaid card holder you’re made to feel worse than you already do Very judgmental without knowing anything about your situation I’m sure if a full coverage blue cross blue shield or other premium insurance card holder patient came through the door they’d roll out red carpet kissing their butts The doctor also tells stories She took back the script for tramadol(crap meds anyway) after she’d realized I’d tested positive for a little marijuana in which I… proceeded to explain that I used it at bedtime to help with pain bc other doctors were like her and I couldn’t get any help She continued with “Yes, some of my older patients use marijuana as well” I looked at her and asked if she takes their meds away when they test positive She got tongue twisted when she realized how stupid what she had just said sounded This was a while ago and like my heading says “Some things never change” Sad and pathetic smh

My sister has been seen by Dr. Crus two times with Chronic neck and lower back pain. Her pain averages a level nine most of the time. Prior to my sisters injury she has always had a high tolerance of pain but since this injury she hasn’t had any relief. Going to see Dr. Crus was giving my sister a little Glimmer of hope but she got quite the opposite from her. Dr. Crus Was not compassionate, caring or professional and she thought my sister was there for drugs (which that is so far untrue). My sister feels so much worse after seeing Dr. Crus. Dr. Crus isn’t trying to figure how to help my sister and come up with a positive treatment. It’s been a very debilitating thing for my sister both physically and mentally living in Excruciating pain every day. My question to you Dr. Cruise if you read these reviews which you should is that why did you become a doctor in the first place? The way you treat people should be the way that you would like to be treated! So… disappointing.

Very unfortunate. Just another doctor who puts on the facade of caring, but actually only cares about not being sued. This doctor cares very little about her patients and this can be seen by the rushed office visits and her horrible memory of her patients. This is a small practice and she shares her patients with another doctor- so there is no excuse for her lack of intrapersonal skills. I do not recommend going here for anything complex as she is quite scatter brained and you’ll find yourself recapping your entire medical history every visit. This causes major issues with follow up treatment and ongoing therapy, which is what most of us are looking for from a pain clinic. Stay away.

Did not obtain pre-authorization prior to procedure so I did not get credit for out-of-pocket expense.

Very abrupt, insensitive and does not take the time to listen! Very condescending and nasty!

Great Doctor and great service. Valerie is the best and deserves a raise - highly recommended
