If you want sutface treatment and to feel utterly unimportant, this is your ENT! After driving 2hrs to arrive for my 11am appt, i went through the new covid-protocol at the front of the building & by the time I got to verdugos office at 11:04, they told me he had already left for surgery. He didnt even wait 5 minutes to hold our scheduled appt. I've been waiting weeks to find out about the tumors in my neck, but he didnt care. I was told to reschedule. The appt offered was for a double booking... I saw the screen, the ENTIRE day was double booked, which means no one is getting the time or attention they deserve. I worked in healthcare for years, I understand how the system works. This office staff is heartless and you are just a number. If Verdugo can bill some one else for more money, that's the appt hes going to prioritize. When I saw him last year I attributed his lack of enthusiasm and interest to a busy schedule. Now I know hes just a bad doctor who doesnt care about his patients.… Do yourself a favor: Go anywhere else.

My son is almost one years old...he is constantly getting ear infections and NO antibiotic does the trick. After having to do the shots to treat his latest infection, I rescheduled my appt with Dr. Verdugo to have my son seen sooner. They went out of their way to move his appt. sooner so that he would not remain uncomfortable much longer. Dr. Verdugo was very polite and knowledgeable about what my son needed. After reviewing the results of his hearing test, Dr. Verdugo gave me advice on what steps to take next. Now that my son needs the tubes inserted, I find great comfort knowing that Dr. Verdugo will be meeting with us again. I am grateful that my son was able to meet with him!!

I found Dr. Verdugo very thorough and willing to take the time to answer all my questions and explain anything I didn’t understand.

This doctor doesn’t listen. He doesn’t care about what you are experiencing and he is oh so happy to explain things that don’t need explaining. A total jerk.

Dr. Verdugo and staff were attentive, very attentive. In a time where most doctor visits are 5-10 minutes long, attention was paid to me and my issues by this practice...a very uncommon but welcome experience.
